I have been co-owner of several houses in my life, but my house on Claywood was the first one on my own. It was special to me so when I decided to sell, I really wanted a realtor that would value it as I did.   Barb Letcher was referred to me by a friend. There aren’t words to really do justice to the quality of service Barb offers her clients. She has integrity, is sincere, yet doesn’t shy away from sharing the tough things with her clients. Barb is faithful to follow each step of the selling process and leaves nothing to chance. It was such a comfort. She is also diligent to help her clients find another home and takes care to know their desires. She then studies the market to find just the right house.
When we began looking for another house, we thought that we would prefer to remain in the city where we lived. After looking for a month or more and after a couple gentle suggestions from Barb, we decided to look in other communities. She mentioned that we could probably get more house for our dollar. She was exactly right! She found an incredible home in a nearby community that was far beyond what we ever expected. When we decided to buy, Barb moved quickly to get the process moving and also saw that to the end. I can honestly say that I was saddened to see this whole process come to an end. It truly has been a joy to work with Barb and I would recommend her to anyone.
